Allison spent most of her awake time perfecting her crawl. She has already doubled her distance on day two! We all had a lot of fun watching her today! During school... we did our morning routine, learned about the polar bear and did our lessons. During reading buddies there were a few spats about which books to read but it was quickly redirected. We learned more Spanish and created a detailed design with markers in art. We also had "Show and Tell" so they each found something meaningful to share... Adam brought his college hockey team penants... Ashley brought her ginormous crystal... and Anna brought a hair extention... and I must agree: all very meaningful things! Lunch was good... but during recess Adam thought it would be fun to take the garden hose and spray the girls... so he lost out on the rest of recess while they went and changed into dry clothes. (I wanted so badly to take a picture but I am trying hard to not reinforce such behavior with use of my camera... a very hard commitment to parenting) Afterwards, he watched Math Circus while the girls finished up some homework. The girls had skating lessons in the evening which are going very well for both girls.
