We had school today and then went on a walk. The rain wasn't going to start until late in the day, so we went after lunch and hit the trails walking, running, skipping, jumping, shuffling through leaves, climbing over rocks. So much fun to get out and enjoy the fresh fall air! During school we had a nice relaxing day... the kids are in a nice routine which makes the mornings go well. Here Ashley and Adam are doing reading buddies while Anna does her lessons. Allison had fun jumping to Down By the Bay. When we got back from the walk the neighbors were out playing so the girls went over to play for a couple of hours with four girls their age. Wes was home a little early again so he took Adam on an hour long bike ride, then out to buy a new hockey stick and rent a movie... he picked his favorite, Mars Needs Moms.
