We headed to the pumpkin patch today. This was not as simple as it sounds... before we moved, we had a wonderful pumpkin patch that we went to. I wanted to find the same kinda fall fun... not just a place to go pick out a pumpkin, but a place to play, eat and make memories. Well, we found it! We played on the pumpkins, then we played in the corn maze (never made it through... had to go out the entrance), hay stack slide, duckie races, cowpie toss, cow milking, tractor rides, scarecrow skit and, the most unique... pumkin boat rides. They actually take a huge pumkin, carve it out and let the kids sit in it in the water with a paddle! They also had a store complete with cute crafts and good food, and a cafe that looked good. We were there for 2 hours, and could've stayed longer. We will definitely make this an annual tradition!.
